Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2024

By using CloudOpsGPT ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Scope

CloudOpsGPT is an AI-powered cloud automation platform that uses natural language processing to help you manage, optimize, and provision cloud resources across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Important Responsibilities:

• You remain fully responsible for your cloud accounts, infrastructure, and associated costs
• All AI-generated recommendations are advisory - you must review and approve all changes
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your organization's policies and cloud provider terms
• CloudOpsGPT acts as an intelligent assistant, not as a replacement for your cloud expertise

2. Licensing

License keys are unique, non-transferable, and bound to a single cloud account
License validity is directly tied to payment status. If payment lapses, the license is suspended until renewal
The same license key remains persistent across renewals (no reconfiguration required)
Multi-cloud licenses available for enterprise customers

3. Free Trial

Free trial is limited to one cloud account, one time, for two (2) days
Trial is hosted in our secure infrastructure and subject to feature and usage limits
Abuse or circumvention of trial restrictions may result in suspension
Trial data is automatically deleted after expiration

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate account and billing information
Maintain security of login credentials and cloud accounts
Use the service in accordance with cloud provider Acceptable Use Policies
Ensure compliance with your organization's security policies

5. Our Responsibilities

Operate the licensing API with 99.9% uptime SLA
Provide secure handling of user and license data
Keep the service aligned with the latest cloud provider documentation and best practices
Provide 24/7 support for enterprise customers

6. AI Service Limitations & Liability

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:

• CloudOpsGPT uses AI to generate cloud configurations, scripts, and recommendations
• All AI outputs are suggestions and must be reviewed by qualified cloud engineers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for testing and validating all AI suggestions before implementation

We are not responsible for cloud service disruptions, misconfigurations, or costs incurred by customers
Recommendations provided (e.g., cost optimization, security fixes) are advisory. Final responsibility lies with the customer
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months
We are not liable for third-party cloud provider outages, changes, or AI model limitations
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from implementation of AI-generated recommendations

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, or violation of terms
Upon termination, customer data and licenses will be deactivated in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Data export available upon request within 30 days of termination

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
