Last updated: August 2026

1. Service Scope

CloudOpsGPT is an AI-assisted AWS operations platform. Customers deploy CloudOpsGPT Runtime into their own AWS account and use natural language to help inspect, manage, and operate AWS resources, subject to the permissions they grant.

Important Responsibilities:

  • • You remain fully responsible for your AWS accounts, infrastructure, and associated costs
  • • AI-generated recommendations and actions must be reviewed according to your change-control practices
  • • You are responsible for compliance with your organization’s policies and AWS terms
  • • CloudOpsGPT is an operations assistant, not a replacement for your cloud expertise or approvals

2. Plans, access, and AWS account limits

  • Access is provided through account-based commercial plans (including trial) enforced by the CloudOpsGPT Control Plane
  • Plan capacity is defined by the number of AWS accounts you may manage, as shown on the pricing page or your agreement
  • Runtime is activated with a one-time activation token from the Commercial Portal; the Service does not use customer-managed license keys as the access model
  • Continued access depends on an active trial or subscription entitlement and an activated Runtime bound to your workspace
  • The current product scope is AWS. Multi-cloud Runtime licensing is not part of the current release

3. Free Trial

  • Free trial is limited to one active trial per Hosting AWS Account, for seven (7) days
  • Trial includes product functionality subject to plan limits, including up to two (2) AWS accounts
  • Additional trials may be approved by support for genuine evaluations
  • Abuse or circumvention of trial restrictions may result in suspension
  • Trial data handling after expiration follows our Privacy Policy

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain security of portal login credentials, Runtime credentials, and AWS accounts
  • Deploy and harden Runtime according to your security requirements
  • Use the Service in accordance with AWS Acceptable Use Policies and your organization’s policies
  • Review and approve operational changes before they are applied in production environments

5. Our Responsibilities

  • Operate the Commercial Portal and Control Plane with commercially reasonable care
  • Provide activation, entitlement, and Runtime registry functions described in product documentation
  • Handle portal account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Provide support through the channels we publish for your plan (support availability may vary; we do not claim universal 24/7 coverage unless separately agreed in writing)

6. AI Service Limitations & Liability

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:

  • • CloudOpsGPT uses AI (including Kiro-assisted operations) to generate recommendations and perform AWS operations you request
  • • Outputs and actions must be reviewed by qualified personnel
  • • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content or actions
  • • You are responsible for validating changes before and after implementation
  • We are not responsible for AWS service disruptions, misconfigurations, or costs incurred in your accounts
  • Recommendations (for example cost optimization or security guidance) are advisory unless you explicitly approve and execute an action
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months (or, for trial use with no fees paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law)
  • We are not liable for third-party cloud provider outages, changes, or AI provider limitations
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from implementation of AI-generated recommendations or approved actions

7. Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended for non-payment (when billing applies), abuse, or violation of terms
  • Upon termination, portal access and entitlements may be deactivated in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You remain responsible for removing Runtime and related AWS resources from your accounts if you stop using the Service
  • Data export requests for portal personal data may be submitted as described in the Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
