1. What we use today

• Authentication storage: Portal login tokens and related session fields (for example auth token, access/refresh tokens where issued, user profile cache, and session activity timestamps) in localStorage and/or sessionStorage
• Essential site delivery: Standard hosting/CDN behavior for cloudopsgpt.com (Amazon CloudFront / S3) may involve cookies or request headers required to deliver the site securely and reliably
• Third-party libraries loaded by pages: Pages may load resources such as fonts or CSS utilities from third-party CDNs; those providers may set their own cookies according to their policies

2. What we do not currently use

• We do not currently implement advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the CloudOpsGPT website
• We do not sell cookie or browser-storage data
• We do not currently use Stripe or Razorpay cookies, because online payment checkout is not live in the current portal billing experience
• We do not claim an in-product “privacy dashboard” for cookie preferences in the current release

3. Managing storage

• You can clear site data (including localStorage/sessionStorage) in your browser settings
• Clearing authentication storage will sign you out of the Commercial Portal
• You can block third-party cookies in your browser; some third-party resources may then be limited

4. Analytics

The website codebase contains analytics placeholders, but a live analytics cookie implementation is not confirmed as active on the production site. If analytics is enabled later, this policy will be updated.
